There are two scenarios:

1. If everyone is registered.

If everyone is registered Calbot will scan people's calendars, apply filters like working hours and buffer times and show you everyone's availability privately. 


2. If someone isn't registered.

If one or more people in a meeting don't have a Calbot account, Calbot will email them to ask them for their availability. When it does - these people can manually enter their availability or, alternatively, connect their calendars to schedule this and future meetings easier. All the filters like working hours and buffer times still apply.
